At the Shepherd’s Church the Bible is our ultimate authority. It reveals God’s character, leads us to Jesus, and tells us how life is meant to be lived under his good rule. For this reason, we do our best to follow it as faithfully as we can with the help that God graciously provides.
The Pursuit of God’s Glory
We believe that God is the source of all true and lasting joy and our ultimate purpose is to know him and align our lives with his will. When we do this we are deeply satisfied in him and his good character is clearly displayed through us. We strive for this end in everything that we do!
Genuine Community
We believe that the gospel frees us to be honest with one another about our failures and flaws, trusting that we will be met with the same grace that God has provided for us in his Son. We also believe that we need each other to grow in the faith so we are committed to speaking and receiving the truth with one another in love.

We believe that the gospel transforms us so that we may be a transforming presence in the lives of others through a compelling display of love for one another, humble service in the world, and an eagerness to proclaim the good news of Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection.
